Uno dei capolavori di Guccini reinterpretato da due dei migliori gruppi folk-rock italiani. Questa versione è del 1996 ed appartiene all’album “La grande famiglia”. Il brano è riarrangiato e si notano due riff strumentali, uno tratto da “transmetropolitan” dei Pogues e l’altro da un’aria tradizionale irlandese di origine non nota.

One of the masterpieces by Guccini reinterpreted by two of the best Italian folk-rock bands. This cover is dated 1996 and belongs to the album “La grande famiglia.” The song is rearranged and you can hear two instrumental riff, one from “Transmetropolitan” by The Pogues and the other from a traditional Irish music of unknown origin.

Questa canzone fu uno dei più grandi successi di Valli, raggiunse il secondo posto nella Billboard Hot 100 e si aggiudicò un disco d’oro per aver venduto un milione di copie. La cover dei Muse è del 2002. Una delle tante altre reinterpretazioni di questa canzone fa da sottofondo alla famosa scena del biliardo nel film “il cacciatore” di Michael Cimino

Un giovanissimo Eddie Vedder si sostituisce per una sera a Jim Morrison.  Siamo nel 1993. Questo è un brano dei Doors tratto dal loro omonimo album di debutto. E’ stato il primo singolo edito dalla Band e fu un insuccesso se paragonato alle ultime hit, avendo raggiunto solo la posizione 126 in classifica negli Stati Uniti. Ciononostante essa divenne un punto fermo dei concerti e una delle canzoni più popolari della band.
