Tra le primissime band a portare la musica indie italiana a un pubblico più ampio, i Canadians si sono fatti conoscere a metà degli anni 2000 grazie alle melodie immediate e ai muri di chitarre. “Moonlight Shadow” è un brano scritto dal polistrumentista inglese Mike Oldfield, pubblicato come singolo nel 1983 ed incluso nell’abum “Crises”nello stesso anno. La parte vocale era interpretata dalla cantante scozzese Maggie Reilly, che aveva collaborato con Oldfield fin dal 1980. E’ stato il maggior successo dell’artista inglese avendo raggiunto la posizione N.1 in diverse classifiche europee.

The vocals were performed by Scottish vocalist Maggie Reilly, who had collaborated with Mike Oldfield since 1980. It is Oldfield’s most successful single, reaching number one on a lot of charts around Europe.
